In September 2001, United Warehouse, Inc. moved into their new 200,000 square-foot warehouse facility and corporate office building at 901 East 45th Street North in Wichita. By March 2002 they were already in need of more space. Charles Schaefer, President of United Warehouse, Inc., had observed how fast the York Manufacturing project had been completed by The Law Company. The Law Company was contacted, and preliminary budgeting and design work began.
